All former foster care youth enrolled at Wayne State University qualify for TIP Wayne State services in one of two ways:

Through our DHS Grant:
Young Adults who are State of Michigan verified to have been in foster
care on or after their 14th birthday and...
Youth who were adopted on or after their 16th birthday all qualify!
2 |
Through our WSU Grant:
Adoptees
Guardianships
Former Juvenile Justice
Orphans
Unaccompanied Minors
And foster care youth over the age of 21 all qualify for services!
